Simultaneous sensing of dopamine (DA), acetaminophen (AP) and melatonin (MEL) was made by electrochemical method as the drugs melatonin and acetaminophen interact with dopamine in brain to induce neuro disorders. The glassy carbon electrode surface was modified with un‐doped α‐ Fe2O3, platinum doped Fe2O3 (dPtFe2O3), Pt decorated Fe2O3 (sPtFe2O3) and doped and decorated Fe2O3 (sdPtFe2O3) nano particles that are synthesized by co‐precipitation method in presence of polyethylene glycol for the first time. These particles were characterized using Ultra‐Violet Visible (UV‐Vis), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X‐ray diffractometry (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), thermo gravimetric analysis (TGA) and electrochemical techniques. The sdPtFe2O3 showed the highest catalytic activity than the dPtFe2O3, sPtFe2O3 and un‐doped α‐ Fe2O3 with well separated voltammetric peaks for DA and AP in presence of MEL. This is attributed to higher surface hydration effects of the sdPtFe2O3, dPtFe2O3 and sPtFe2O3 than the un‐doped Fe2O3 which plays a vital role in enhancing the melatonin sensing in presence of dopamine and acetaminophen. Linear ranges and lowest detection limits for all three analytes were increased by 10 times for the sdPtFe2O3 compared to other Fe2O3 modified electrodes. The sensor is validated using commercially available pharmaceutical drugs used in therapeutics.  相似文献

Silica iodide catalyzed, competent synthesis of 15 novel substituted-1,4,5,6-tetrahydropyridine-3-carboxylate derivatives was achieved by a one-pot four-component cyclocondensation of Meldrum's acid, aryl aldehydes, aromatic amines and ethyl acetoacetate under ultrasonic irradiation. In comparison to the conventional methods, our protocol is convenient, eco-friendly and offers several benefits such as: mild conditions, high yields, shorter reaction time and ease in product isolation.  相似文献

Aggregation‐induced emission (AIE), in which the luminophores are highly emissive in aggregate state, is one of the most unique photophysical phenomena and has shown interesting applications in many areas. The immobilization of AIE luminogens (AIEgens) into metal‐organic frameworks (MOFs), which are inorganic‐organic hybrid porous materials with tunable and predictable structures, has been investigated over the past few years. These well‐defined porous frameworks cannot only provide an ideal platform for studying the mechanism of AIE phenomenon in solid state, but also show potential applications from sensing to white light‐emitting diodes. Three phase transitions between 100 and 400 K were previously shown by X-ray diffraction measurements. Such results have been confirmed by optical measurements on crystals. The thermal dependence of the birefringence has been determined. A new phase transformation has been shown at around 590 K not only by optical study but also by dielectric measurements. Ferroelastic domain-walls have been visualized. The sequence transition has been discussed taking into account the various space groups.  相似文献

Electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) spectra of Ce 3+ in LiLuF 4 (LLF) and LiSr 0.8 Ca 0.2 AlF 6 (LSCAF) observed at low temperatures (<20 v K) show that the Ce 3+ centers have tetragonal and pseudo-trigonal symmetry with ( g , g )=(2.751, 1.467) and (2.14, 0.80), respectively. The EPR lines of Ce 3+ in LSCAF are inhomogeneously broadened by different Ce 3+ configurations which correspond to the random occupation of the second nearest neighbor cation sites by Ca 2+ and Sr 2+ and/or charge compensators. These EPR results indicate that the Ce 3+ centers in LLF and LSCAF are associated with substitution of Ce 3+ for Lu 3+ with eight-fold coordination and Sr 2+ /Ca 2+ with six-fold coordination, respectively. Fourier transform infrared absorption has been used to measure transitions between the 2 F 5/2 ground state and the 2 F 7/2 multiplet of Ce 3+ in LLF at 10 v K. The optical absorption and luminescence of Ce 3+ :LLF and Ce 3+ :LSCAF in the UV range are strongly polarized. The energy levels and polarization dependence of the optical transitions can be accounted for in terms of the crystal field potential experienced by the Ce 3+ ions under the action of the different point group symmetries.  相似文献

A new method to fabricate ionic polymer metal composite (IPMC) actuators with a 3-dimensional preshaped form by a simple thermal treatment process is demonstrated. The effects of the thermal treatment process on the properties of the actuator are analyzed and the characteristics of the actuator, such as stiffness, displacement and resonance, generating force, and repeated motions, are compared with those of unheated IPMC actuators. The experimental results show that thermal-treated IPMC actuators have improved generating force as well as preshaping of the 3-dimensional form.  相似文献

The nuclear quadrupole resonance (NQR) technique has been utilized to characterize the local oxygen coordination of inequivalent Cu sites in YBa2Cu3O6+x(0 ≤ x ≤ 0.91). Essentially, four distinct NQR lines which correspond to 2, 3,4 oxygen coordinated Cu sites in the Cu-O chains and 5 oxygen coordinated Cu sites in the Cu-O planes have been observed. The zero-field NQR frequencies of these are centered at about 30.1, 24.0, 22.0 and 31.5 MHz for 63Cu, respectively. For the antiferromagnetic ordered state (x ≤ 0.3), antiferromagnetic nuclear resonance (AFNR) has been observed at 90 MHz with quadrupole splittings associated with the moment-bearing Cu sites in the Cu-O planes. The relative intensities of these resonance lines depend on the oxygen content, and this gives us a microscopic understanding of the Cu chemistry of this system.  相似文献

Plasma-enhanced MOCVD in which metal-organic compounds are sublimated directly into the growth chamber is studied for the first time as a new low-temperature process for growing superconducting YBa2Cu3O--x thin films. Y(THD)3, Ba(THD)2, Cu(THD)2 and oxygen are used as metal sources and oxydizing agent. Emission spectroscopy reveals that activated metal-organic compounds and activated oxygen species are present during film growth. Superconducting YBa2Cu3O7-x films whose zero-resistivity temperature are 50 K and 82 K are grown at 550°C and 600°C.  相似文献

Anomalous energy loss distributions of l48Gd alpha particles have been observed in heavily implanted thin aluminium films. It is surmised that thin film micro-wrinkling is responsible for the observed effect and that the novel technique of energy loss spectral analysis (ELSA) should be useful in studies of the topography of such films.  相似文献

The durability of the media proposed for the containment of commercial nuclear waste will be affected not only by the differences in groundwater composition that they might encounter but also by the changes that their own irradiation fields will make to these solutions.
